How to Make an Easter Basket
Easter is a great holiday where kids look forward to a number of things such as, decorating Easter eggs, hunting for Easter eggs and getting an Easter basket. You can always go to a store to purchase an Easter basket, but it might not be filled with the candies and toys your children like. Making a personalized Easter basket ensures that your children will enjoy the toys they get.
Tips to Make an Easter Basket
Here are some tips to make a great Easter basket for your kids. You will need to purchase an empty Easter basket, cellophane wrap, grass or shredded paper, toys, candy and a bow. Next, put a box in the Easter basket to fill in half of the empty space. Cover the box with grass or shredded paper. Place the larger toys and item in the basket first and put them in the back. If the items don’t stand up correctly, try taping the items to the basket and to each other. Place all of the smaller items in the front of the basket. Roll out cellophane paper and place the basket in the middle of paper. Bring all of the sides of the cellophane wrap up to enclose the basket. With all of the sides up, tie the top of the paper with a rubber band and cover the rubber band with a ribbon or a bow. Tape the sides of the cellophane paper to close any openings. The basket is now complete.
