What to Take on a Picnic

Spring is here and it’s a great time to have a picnic. After a long winter of shoveling snow off the car to go to work, we look forward to spring. Spring brings warm air and soft breezes and the scent of jasmine and other scented flowers in the air. Spring is also the time you hear the first sounds of birds chirping and nature coming alive. A number of studies have stated that when you take advantage of spring activities it could lower your depression, and improve your overall health. A picnic is one spring activity that is fun and will improve your mood. You can go on a relaxing picnic by yourself or with your pet to get away from everything for a few hours. You can take a picnic with family and friends for social fun.
